So while I’m on “maternity leave” I’ve really been enjoying the time I have to spend with my kids.
Not much has really changed…
well, besides the extra set of diapers to change,
the every three hour feedings,
the late nights, middle of the nights and early mornings
the cute factor has increased dramatically,
and now I get to hear, “me hold da baby” quite often.
I love it and wouldn’t trade any of it for a second.
I love that my kids were up for an impromptu photo shoot!
I think we got some great shots.
I have a hard time picking my favorite…
so here are a bunch of my favorites!

I am so excited to introduce you to my newest little babe!
This is Hannah Joy!
She was born in the middle of October
weighed in at 7lbs 5oz and 20inches long.
She is such a good baby!
Totally laid back, loves to sleep,
just a total “joy” to have around.
I had a little photo session with her the day after we got home from the hospital.
She wasn’t quite three days old yet.
She was a great model for me…
here are a few of my favorite shots of my little sweetie!
I know I haven’t been around much lately.
I’ve been doing a lot of thinking and reevaluating of my business.
I think that during my pregnancy the hormones were out of whack
and I really wanted to take a step back…so I enjoyed some time not really thinking about it.
But now that my sweet Hannah is here I’ve got a new lease on life and the photo business.
I am so excited to be able to capture these precious memories of my sweet little girl,
and I really want to help other do the same.
These times when our children are so little are so precious and fly by so fast.
I want to help people remember these moments before they are gone.
A picture really does speak a thousand words.
