Merry Christmas

I pray that you are having a blessed Christmas and that your New Year is incredible as well. This year has been an interesting year as far as my business goes. I took some time off after my little guy was born and have gotten back into the swing of things recently. I am hoping to capture more and more memories in 2009. Please let me know how I can help you record your memories.

I’m currently looking into building my Senior photography and would love to find my senior ambassadors soon. I also would love to photograph many weddings this year so if you know of someone getting married please consider pointing them in my direction! I will also be available for a limited number of sessions while I am in the Milwaukee area at the end of April.

I will be taking off starting Dec. 24th until January 10th. If you need to get a hold of me while I am “away” please feel free to email… jamie (at) jtphoto (dot) org.

Sweet Hubby

I have such a sweet husband. He really went all out this year for my birthday. He bought me a CD I’ve been wanting and another part of the Willow Tree Nativity that I’m collecting. He also got me roses and get this…he baked me a CAKE! That is the first cake in six years of marriage but hey, it’s never too late! He took me out for dinner on Thursday, my birthday (4th) and then we went downtown to listen to some jazz on Friday night without kids! What an awesome birthday. Just wanted to share with you a photo of me turning 29! Let me help you capture some memories too!

Can you tell that the kids just got out of the bath? And I didn’t comb Micah’s hair before it dried sticking straight up…too funny!

San Antonio Newborn and Child Photography: Naomi and Micah

I love when the mood strikes us for a photoshoot and the weather cooperates! We had a beautiful day last Tuesday so I took the kids outside and started photographing them. Micah tried to eat the grass and leaves and Naomi didn’t really want her photo taken but I think I got some great shots. Here are a few of my favorites from our mini session!

I had an awesome time photographing this great family today. Brad and Mary live two hours away but were in town after Thanksgiving and we thought it would be a great time for them to get some family photographs taken. Mary is Amy’s sister (who you can see three posts down) so it was nice to be able to photograph another part of this family!!! We had a good time walking the trails in Mary’s mother’s subdivision, I love the bridge and the brick wall there too. What a fun morning! Thanks Mary and Brad for allowing me to help you capture memories! Enjoy the sneak peak…which one do you like best?

I had the great honor of photographing this sweet family today. They have a beautiful home (pretty close to my own) filled with love, laughter and two sweet little ladies. I was so excited to meet this family and to spend a little time with them on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. We headed outside (since we can still do that in south Texas) and got some great shots. The sun was shining but we found some shade and I was lovin’ the natural light…they turned out great. We also took some shots inside by the Christmas tree. I’ve got a sneak peak for Bea and Frank and the rest will come later! Enjoy…and let me know which one is your favorite!This is one of my favorites!!
